Reconnect with your body's natural capacity for energy, ease and aliveness
There’s something about spring that brings a shift in energy. The days are longer, the weather is warming up and there’s a little more movement and possibility in the air.
Of course, that doesn’t mean we’re all feeling it in the same way.
Life can throw all sorts of things our way. Sometimes we feel energised and ready for what’s next. Other times we’re tired, overwhelmed, carrying a lot or simply doing our best to keep up.
Vitality isn’t about feeling energised all the time. It’s about being connected enough to yourself to notice what you need — whether that’s rest, settling, movement or a little more spark.
As we move towards summer and the busier end of the year, Vitality Within is an invitation to step out of everything else for an afternoon and come back to you.
Through Yin Yoga, meditation, simple somatic practices, women’s circle and Somatic Breathwork, we’ll explore what helps us settle when life feels like too much, what helps us reconnect with our energy when we’re feeling flat and how to better recognise what our body is asking for.
Nothing complicated. Just a beautiful afternoon of practices, connection and some useful tools you can take home and use in everyday life.
With only 9 women, the retreat is small, intimate and intentionally paced.
During the afternoon you'll experience:
✦ A welcoming women’s circle and time to connect.
✦ Simple somatic practices to explore what helps your body settle, find balance and gently energise.
✦ Gentle meditation and body awareness.
✦ A slow, nourishing Yin Yoga practice to soften tension, create space and invite deep rest.
✦ A guided Somatic Breathwork experience using Conscious Connected Breathing to support emotional unwinding, inner clarity and deeper connection with your body.
✦ Genuine connection with a small group of women in a warm, supportive space.
✦ Tea, yummy treats and time to chat and integrate at the end.
This afternoon is for you if...
✦ You’ve been giving a lot of yourself and could do with some of that energy coming back your way.
✦ Your mind is already three steps ahead, thinking about everything that needs doing.
✦ You’ve been carrying a lot and need some space to gently lay it down.
✦ You’re craving genuine connection and a few hours just for you.
✦ You’d love to understand your body better and learn simple ways to support yourself when life feels challenging or overwhelming.
✦ You want to head into summer feeling lighter, more connected and a little more alive.
No previous experience is needed.
Whether you’re completely new to Yin Yoga, meditation or Somatic Breathwork, or already love these practices, you’ll be guided every step of the way.
Simply come as you are 🤍
What women are saying
"The combination of Yin Yoga and breathwork created such a powerful experience. I left feeling deeply rested, lighter, and with a clarity I didn't even realise I needed."
— Amanda
"It's hard to put into words how special Tania's retreats are. She holds such a safe, nurturing and inclusive space that allows you to truly relax, unwind and reconnect with yourself."
— Elena
"Tania creates such a loving, supportive and nurturing space where you feel safe to fully relax and let go into the experience."
— Maria
It’s been such an incredible year of sharing these mini retreats and each one reminds me how special it is when women come together.
The connection, laughter, tears, vulnerability and support that unfolds in these spaces reinforces just how much we need places where we can feel seen, supported and nurtured, especially when we’re so often the ones holding that space for others.
With only 9 places available, this will be a small, intimate afternoon.

A little more about the practices
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice where supported floor-based shapes are held for several minutes, giving the body time to soften, release tension and create greater ease. There’s no need to be flexible and no previous yoga experience is required.
Somatic Practices help us move out of constantly thinking about how we feel and into actually noticing what’s happening within the body. Through simple movement, breath and awareness, we’ll explore practices that can help settle an overwhelmed system and others that can gently bring in more energy when we’re feeling flat or disconnected.
Meditation offers an opportunity to slow the activity of the mind and reconnect with the present moment. You’ll be gently guided, so there’s no need to be “good at meditating” or able to switch your thoughts off.
Somatic Breathwork uses Conscious Connected Breathing to move beyond the constant activity of the thinking mind and into a deeper relationship with the body. We can carry stress, emotion and old patterns through tension, sensation, bracing and the ways we breathe, often without consciously realising it.
Through the breath, we create space for some of that held tension and emotion to move and soften, supporting emotional unwinding, insight and a greater sense of freedom and connection within yourself.
You’ll always be encouraged to listen to your body and work at a pace that feels right for you.
