These immersive group experiences offer a space to pause, soften and reconnect with yourself beneath the pace and demands of everyday life. Each gathering is gently held to support realignment within, through body awareness, breath and shared human presence.
Through somatic breathwork, yin yoga, meditation, myofascial release and sound healing experiences, you’re guided out of the thinking mind and into the body’s deeper landscape of sensation, awareness and felt experience. Here, nervous system settling, emotional unwinding and inner clarity can emerge organically, at a pace that feels safe and supported.
Some experiences are women only retreats, while others are inclusive spaces open to all genders. At the heart of every gathering is the quiet power of shared presence. When people come together in an intentional, held space, something meaningful often unfolds, creating a sense of belonging, authentic connection and the recognition that you’re not alone in what it means to be human.

Somatic Breathwork invites awareness to move beyond the thinking mind and into the body’s deeper landscape of sensation, emotion and inner knowing. Through conscious, connected breathing, the body is gently supported to soften protective holding patterns and reconnect with its natural rhythm and intelligence.
As the breath deepens, many experience a settling of the nervous system, greater emotional ease and a renewed sense of clarity and coherence from within. Sensation, insight and felt understanding can emerge organically, allowing what has been held or unfinished to integrate at a pace that feels safe and supported.
This practice is fully guided and experienced lying down in a calm, held environment. It is accessible to both those new to Somatic Breathwork and those with experience who wish to deepen their connection.
Rather than effort or control, Somatic Breathwork works through presence and attunement, restoring connection with the body’s innate capacity to regulate, realign and guide the way forward.

Live Shamanic Sound creates a rich sensory field that the body can feel as much as hear. Through intuitive voice, instruments and tonal resonance, sound gently supports the nervous system to settle, soften and open into deeper states of presence.
As you’re guided through Somatic Breathwork, the live soundscape responds to the breath and energy in the space, helping awareness drop out of the thinking mind and into the body’s felt experience. Many notice sensation, emotion and inner imagery becoming more vivid as breath and sound weave together.
This immersive sound field can support emotional integration and reconnection with inner wisdom, while also fostering a sense of safety, grounding and being held within the experience.
Rather than performing or directing, the sound meets you where you are, amplifying the body’s natural capacity to realign, restore and emerge.

Please bring a yoga mat, small pillow and blanket for comfort when lying down during the immersion.

Tania is a trauma informed Somatic Breathwork and Mindbody practitioner, Holistic Counsellor and Yoga teacher devoted to supporting embodied alignment for clarity and meaningful change. Her work is grounded, body led and nervous system aware, gently guiding emotional unwinding, regulation and deeper self connection.
Through breath, somatic awareness and presence based guidance, she creates experiences that feel safe, accessible and deeply nourishing. Tania offers private 1:1 sessions in person and online and facilitates regular events across the Northern Rivers.

Amanda is a certified sound healing practitioner, holistic counsellor, and intuitive guide devoted to creating spaces of deep restoration and alignment. Through the artful weaving of voice, sacred instruments and intentional silence, she crafts immersive soundscapes that gently support balance across mind, body and soul.
With a trauma informed and compassionate approach, Amanda works intuitively with frequency and energy, attuning to the needs of each individual and group. Her sessions are both grounded and expansive, offering a sanctuary where clarity, harmony and subtle transformation can naturally unfold.

Held in a warm, intimate setting, this retreat is limited to 9 women. No experience is needed, just a willingness to slow down and listen inwards.

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice where floor-based shapes are held for several minutes to release tension, enhance mobility and circulation and create a sense of calm, connection and spaciousness.
Myofascial Release uses tennis balls and therapeutic pressure on specific areas of the muscles and fascia to ease tightness and improve flexibility.
Somatic Breathwork is a gentle yet powerful style of breathwork that uses “conscious connected breathing” to access deeper layers of self-awareness and the subconscious. This guided practice supports the body to release stored stress, emotion and long-held patterns, creating space for fresh insight and greater clarity. Held in a nurturing, supportive space, it can lead to profound shifts and a renewed sense of peace, balance and wellbeing.
