Immersive Somatic Group Experiences

Rest, Reconnect & Realign

Somatic breathwork events and retreats in the Northern Rivers NSW

These immersive group experiences offer a space to pause, soften and reconnect with yourself beneath the pace and demands of everyday life. Each gathering is gently held to support realignment within, through body awareness, breath and shared human presence.

Through somatic breathwork, yin yoga, meditation, myofascial release and sound healing experiences, you’re guided out of the thinking mind and into the body’s deeper landscape of sensation, awareness and felt experience. Here, nervous system settling, emotional unwinding and inner clarity can emerge organically, at a pace that feels safe and supported.

Some experiences are women only retreats, while others are inclusive spaces open to all genders. At the heart of every gathering is the quiet power of shared presence. When people come together in an intentional, held space, something meaningful often unfolds, creating a sense of belonging, authentic connection and the recognition that you’re not alone in what it means to be human.

Whether you’re seeking rest, recalibration, emotional integration or renewed direction, these experiences offer a grounded and supportive return to yourself.

I facilitate somatic breathwork events and retreats across the Northern Rivers, NSW region.

The Space Between - Women's Yin Yoga & Somatic Breathwork Mini Retreat

Life doesn't always move in neat, predictable chapters.

There are seasons when we find ourselves between what has been and what’s next.

Between certainty and uncertainty.

Between holding it all together and remembering how to soften.

Our instinct is often to rush through these moments, searching for answers and telling ourselves we'll feel better once everything becomes clear.

What if this isn't something to get through?

What if it's an invitation to slow down and discover that steadiness isn't found in certainty but in remembering how to return to yourself, again and again?

Perhaps you're navigating change, making a difficult decision, adjusting to a new chapter, noticing that what once felt familiar no longer does, or simply sensing that something within you is shifting.

Perhaps life feels full, uncertain, or different in ways you can't quite explain.

Or perhaps nothing has changed on the outside, yet something within you is calling for a different pace, a different way of being or simply more space to breathe.

Much of life unfolds in the space between.

It's often in these quieter moments that the body begins to reveal what the mind alone cannot.

While the mind so often wanders between the past and the future, the body is always here, gently inviting us back to the present moment.

The Space Between is an invitation to pause.

To step out of the noise of everyday life.

To create space to hear yourself again and remember the quiet steadiness that already exists within you.

Through Yin Yoga, meditation and Somatic Breathwork using Conscious Connected Breathing, you'll be invited to create the kind of space where clarity, self-trust and a deeper connection with yourself can gently emerge.

Together, these practices gently nurture a steadiness that grows each time you return to yourself when life feels messy, full or unclear.

Through your breath.

Through your body.

By listening to what has quietly been there all along.

With only 10 women, the afternoon is intimate and intentionally paced, giving you room to move slowly, listen to your body and honour what feels right for you.

During the afternoon you'll experience:

A welcoming opening circle to arrive, connect and settle into the space.

Gentle grounding meditation.

Myofascial release techniques to soften areas of tension and invite greater ease in the body.

A slow, nourishing Yin Yoga practice with longer-held shapes to support your nervous system, create space and invite deep rest.

A guided Somatic Breathwork journey using Conscious Connected Breathing to support emotional release, integration, inner clarity and a deeper connection with your body.

Connection with like-minded women.

A closing circle with tea and nourishing treats to gently integrate the experience.

Whether you're completely new to Yin Yoga and Somatic Breathwork or already love these practices, this retreat has been created to meet you exactly where you are.

You don't need to arrive feeling calm.

You don't need to have everything figured out.

You don't need to know what's next.

Just come as you are.

Many women leave these afternoons feeling calmer, clearer, more grounded and more connected to themselves, often surprised by what becomes possible when they stop searching for answers and create space to simply listen.

If life has been feeling full, uncertain or simply different in ways you can't quite explain, perhaps this is your invitation to pause.

The Connection Lounge - SOLD OUT

A guided evening of breath, body awareness, real conversation and human connection

Do you ever crave conversations that go a little deeper than the usual, “What do you do?” or “How’s things?”

In a world full of digital noise and surface level interactions, truly being heard can feel like a rare gift. The Connection Lounge is an intentional, guided evening designed to take us beyond small talk and back into the simple magic of genuine human connection.

The Connection Lounge is a space to sink into a comfortable armchair with a warm cup of tea, give yourself a moment to arrive and leave behind the pressure to perform, network or be anyone but yourself.

Through gentle breath and somatic practices, alongside guided conversation, you’ll be invited to slow down, share what feels true for you and connect with others in a way that feels natural, safe and real.

Thoughtful prompt cards will gently guide you through two paired conversation experiences, offering an easy place to begin, so there is no pressure to know what to say.

There is no public speaking and no pressure to share more than feels right for you. The evening will be small, personal and easy to settle into. Come with a friend or come on your own, you’ll be warmly welcomed either way.

You’ll leave feeling more grounded, more connected and reminded of what can happen when we give each other the time and space to really listen.

What to expect

✦ A welcoming opening circle to arrive, settle in and connect
✦ Gentle breath and somatic practices to quiet the mind and help you feel more present
✦ Two guided paired experiences with different partners, both supported by thoughtful prompt cards: one centred on deep listening and being heard without advice or interruption, followed by a more relaxed, curiosity led conversation
✦ Connection with an intimate group of people looking for more genuine, heart centred connection
✦ A closing circle with warm tea, nourishing treats and relaxed chats in the comfort of the lounge

Please note: The breath and somatic practices are gentle and optional. They’re simply there to help you step out of the busy mind and into your body, so you can feel more present and connected with yourself before connecting with others. This is not a full breathwork session.

No experience is needed, and everything is an invitation. You are always welcome to go at your own pace, pause or simply observe.

When: Monday 13 July | 6:00pm–8:00pm
Where: The Clear Skies Project | Coolangatta, QLD
Investment: $40
Includes: Guided practices, thoughtfully designed conversation prompts, tea and treats

What to bring: A water bottle and comfortable clothes to sit and move easily in.

HELD - Women's Yin Yoga & Somatic Breathwork Mini Retreat - SOLD OUT

For the women craving somewhere to land, soften and be supported. ‍ ‍

As we move toward the winter solstice and the new moon, this intimate afternoon is an invitation to step out of the constant doing and into a space where you can be held.

Held by your body.
Held by your breath.
Held by rest.
Held by the quiet of winter.
Held by a circle of women.

An afternoon where you don’t have to organise, answer, fix or carry everything.

Just space to soften, exhale and come back to yourself.

There’s a kind of tired that can settle into your body and bones by the middle of the year.

Not the kind that asks for a nap or a quiet weekend but the deeper kind that comes from being stretched in many directions for a long time.

It can come from the invisible lists.
The remembering.
The organising.
The work.
The family rhythms.
The emotional tending.
The quiet responsibility of keeping so much moving.

As we move toward the winter solstice, nature gently draws us inward. The days become shorter, the dark lingers a little longer and the body often starts asking for a different pace.

Winter reminds us that nothing is meant to bloom, give or produce constantly, all year round.

HELD is a warm, intimate space where you can be on the receiving end for a while.

Through Yin Yoga, somatic practices and conscious connected Breathwork, you’ll be gently guided to soften the places that have been bracing, settle your nervous system and breathe out what your body may have been quietly holding.

This is part of Tania’s signature mini retreat series, created as a body-led space for women to rest, reconnect and experience the restoration that can come when they no longer have to hold everything on their own.

This is not another thing to do.

It’s a place to land.
A place to exhale.
A place to be held.

With only 10 women, the afternoon is intentionally paced and accessible, giving you room to listen to your body, move at your own pace and honour what feels right for you.

As we gather close to the winter solstice and the new moon, this retreat offers a quiet pause before the light slowly begins to return. A chance to rest in the dark of the season, reconnect with what you need and let yourself receive too.

During the afternoon you’ll experience:

✦ A welcoming opening circle to arrive, connect and settle into the space
✦ Gentle grounding somatic movement and meditation
✦ Myofascial release techniques to help soften tight areas and release tension held in the body
✦ A slow, nourishing Yin Yoga practice with longer-held shapes to support your nervous system and invite deeper rest
✦ A guided Somatic Breathwork journey using conscious connected breathing to support emotional release, integration, inner clarity and a deeper connection with your body ✦ Connection with like minded women
✦ A closing circle with tea and nourishing treats to gently integrate the experience

Whether you’re completely new to Yin Yoga and Somatic Breathwork or already love these practices, this retreat has been created to meet you where you are.

You don’t need to arrive feeling calm.
You don’t need to know what you need.
You don’t need to explain or hold anything together.

Just come as you are.

Many women leave these afternoons feeling softer, clearer, lighter and more connected to themselves, often surprised by what can shift when the body finally has space to breathe.

HELD is an afternoon to step away from the constant doing, listen to the quiet wisdom of winter and let yourself be supported too.

Held in a warm, intimate setting, this retreat is limited to 9 women. No experience is needed, just a willingness to slow down and listen inwards.

“Come as you are. Leave with a little more space inside and a clearer sense of the next step that truly aligns with you”

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice where floor-based shapes are held for several minutes to release tension, enhance mobility and circulation and create a sense of calm, connection and spaciousness.

Myofascial Release uses tennis balls and therapeutic pressure on specific areas of the muscles and fascia to ease tightness and improve flexibility.

Somatic Breathwork is a gentle yet powerful style of breathwork that uses “conscious connected breathing” to access deeper layers of self-awareness and the subconscious. This guided practice supports the body to release stored stress, emotion and long-held patterns, creating space for fresh insight and greater clarity. Held in a nurturing, supportive space, it can lead to profound shifts and a renewed sense of peace, balance and wellbeing.
