When life is full and we’re constantly moving from one thing to the next, it’s easy to lose the space we need to truly rest, reflect and hear our own inner guidance.

This mini retreat is the chance to step away from the noise of everyday life and give yourself an afternoon to slow down, soften your body and reconnect with yourself.

Through the powerful combination of Yin Yoga & Somatic Breathwork, you'll be gently guided to unravel tension held in the body, restore inner balance, and create space for peace and clarity.

You'll also have the opportunity to connect with like minded women, concluding the afternoon with a beautiful closing circle, tea and delicious treats.

This is Tania’s signature mini retreat, created as a warm and supportive space where women can unwind the stress and tension that naturally builds up through the pace of everyday life.

Many women return to these afternoons again and again as a way to pause, reset and reconnect with themselves.


As we move deeper into Autumn - a season that invites us to slow down and turn inward, this retreat offers the perfect opportunity to rest, reset, and reconnect.

Held in a small and intimate group of just 9 women, these retreats create a nurturing environment where you can soften, breathe deeply, and simply take time for yourself. Everything shared throughout the afternoon is offered as an invitation and you’re encouraged to move at your own pace and listen to what feels right for your body.

During the afternoon you’ll experience:

✦ A welcoming opening circle to arrive, connect and settle into the space
✦ Gentle grounding movement and meditation
✦ Myofascial release techniques to help unwind tension and soften tight areas in the body
✦ A nourishing Yin Yoga practice with slow, longer-held shapes that support the nervous system and release deeper layers of tension held in the body
✦ A guided Somatic Breathwork journey using conscious connected breathing to help release stress, tension and stored emotional energy while creating space for deeper relaxation and clarity
✦ A closing circle with connection, tea and nourishing treats to gently integrate the experience

Whether you’re completely new to Yin Yoga and Somatic Breathwork or already love these practices, this retreat is designed to be gentle, accessible and deeply supportive. Many women leave these afternoons feeling lighter, calmer and often surprised by the clarity that can arise when we finally give ourselves permission to truly rest.

This mini retreat is simply an opportunity to unwind, reconnect with yourself and give your body the rest and space it may quietly be asking for.
